23. Memo

     Displays and writes memo 1 and memo
     2.
     Up to 16 characters may be entered
     for each memo.
     Valid characters are A-Z, 0-9, space,
     period, hyphen, and slash.
     Lowercase a-z will be capitalized to A-
     Z.
