16. Digital Filter

     This function is used to apply noise
     immunity countermeasures if the
     output fluctuates due to noise.
     Input a value for the damping and
      select an appropriate function for
     the averaging and the spike cut.
     The averaging time appears when
     the averaging is turned on.
     Input an appropriate value for the
     averaging time.
     The averaging function is useful for
     the pulsating flow. Input the cycle
     period of the pulsating flow into
     the averaging time to get accurate
     flow measurement.
     Either automatic or manual operation
     can be selected for the spike cut.
     The spike cut level and the spike cut
     time appear when the manual spike
     cut is selected.
     The spike cut function eliminates
     steep spikes (spike noise) from the
     flow rate.The noise generated when
     solids hit the electrode is an example
     of the spike noise.
