17. Fail-safe Dir.

     Tells how output will behave if the
     device is in a critical state.
      -- Upscale: Output will be at the
         upper limit.
      -- Downscale: Output will be at the
         lower limit.
     Note: Fail-safe output settings
     cannot be changed.
     
     Also displays the output standard.
      -- NAMUR NE43: <= 3.6 mA
         (Downscale) or >= 21.0 mA
         (Upscale).
      -- None: <= 3.6 mA (Downscale) or
         >= 21.6 mA (Upscale).
