8. Range

     Displays the following parameters.
      -- DP LRV: Lower value of differential
         pressure range. Enter the DP
         corresponding to 0% output.
      -- DP URV: Upper value of differential
         pressure range. Enter the DP
         corresponding to 100% output.
      -- DP Span: Differential pressure span,
         = |URV - LRV|
      -- DP URL: Upper limit of differential
         pressure range
