13. Travel Cutoff

   Sets the forced fully open and fully
   closed input values (%).
   
   Tap a display field to display the input
   screen. Input the value and tap [Enter].
   Tap [Send] to transmit the changes to
   the valve positioner. If you have not yet
   tapped [Send], and want to recall the
   previous data, tap [Read].
